Our Mission

Experience Something Different is a new online experience marketplace where people can find more fulfilling things to do with their spare time. We offer unique experiences and days out in aid of great causes. A place where volunteers and other providers come together to share their interests, passions and expertise.

What's Different?

We are looking to create memorable experiences, but not the usual commercial experiences like fast car racing or hot air ballooning, and not the usual charity challenge experiences like a sponsored climb of Kilimanjaro. We are aiming to provide more fulfilling and meaningful experiences, delivered in a local, genuine and personal way.

Whether it's puppy training, screen-printing, pilates, whisky tasting, Vietnamese cookery, paddle boarding, graffiti, sourdough, learn to code, gliding, spend a day with a scientist or whatever it is, the possibilities are numerous.

Who Benefits?

Experience Something Different has been created by The Good Lab and is backed by a collaboration between nine of the UK's leading charities - Oxfam, Save The Children, Royal British Legion, British Red Cross, WaterAid, Unicef, British Heart Foundation, Guide Dogs and RSPCA.

100% of the profits generated by Experience Something Different will go to charity.
